damian lazarus

Day Zero Tulum 2024 was held on 12 January 2024 in the jungle at Tulum. The January 2024 Day Zero was the tenth edition of a festival that Damian Lazarus and his team have produced since 2012. Day Zero belongs to the Crosstown Rebels family of events, next to Get Lost and the Rebel Rave series. Damian Lazarus began the sunrise set around 7am while it was still dark and played on through daybreak for roughly three hours. After the sunrise set, Damian Lazarus planned two more hours back to back with Acid Pauli to close Day Zero Tulum 2024. Director Zach Toupin's team filmed Damian Lazarus's Day Zero sunrise set with six cameras, a drone and seven directional microphones around the main stage. Damian Lazarus is a British DJ and producer whose debut album, Smoke the Monster Out, came out in 2009. Whatever We Call It by Tripolism and Meera opens the tracklist of Damian Lazarus's Day Zero sunrise set. Libra Sunrise by Iasos plays about an hour and two minutes into Damian Lazarus's Day Zero Tulum set. The last listed track of Damian Lazarus's Day Zero sunrise set is Finally by Kings of Tomorrow, about three hours in. Beatport released the Day Zero sunrise film in March 2024 together with a chart titled Day Zero Sunrise '24 Moments.
