1. Using Videojam

• Videojam is a human-curated site for discovering music videos, DJ sets and short films.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, or get around access controls.
• You can use Videojam without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in details private.

2. Videos and content

Videos play through the official YouTube embed from rights-holders' channels. Pro does not unlock third-party content.

Videojam does not host video files. YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply when you press play. Rights in the music and videos stay with the artists, labels and other rights holders.

3. Artist pages

Artists who claim a page also agree to the Artist Terms. What you add to your page must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights. We may hide or remove a page or an account that breaks these terms or puts the site at risk.

4. Videojam Pro

Videojam Pro is an optional subscription for artists with a claimed page. Pro is by application: Videojam reviews each application and decides whether to approve it. You can subscribe only after your application is approved.

Pro includes a contact and booking form on your page, with messages forwarded to your email, and a press section on your public page. Profile management and an @handle address for your page are included for every claimed artist, with or without Pro.

Approved Pro artists are part of the curated featured rotation. Which artists appear, in what order and how often stays an editorial decision. Pro does not buy a particular position or place.

Pro does not unlock any third-party content. Every visitor sees the same videos whether or not an artist subscribes.

5. Prices, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The current price of each plan, monthly or yearly, is shown on the Videojam Pro page and at checkout. Any sales tax that applies where you live is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you agree to at checkout is the price you are charged.

You pay in advance for each period. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Videojam never sees or stores your card details.

If we change the price, we tell you by email before it applies, and it applies only from your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time through the customer portal, which is linked from your artist dashboard and from every Paddle receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14-day withdrawal applies to your first purchase, not to automatic renewals. The details, and how refunds work, are on our Refunds page.

If we end your Pro subscription for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

When Pro ends, the Pro tools switch off. Your page and everything else on your account stay as they were.

7. Disclaimers

Videojam is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that playback will never be interrupted, that every video stays available, or that YouTube keeps every video embeddable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change affects a Pro subscription you already pay for, we tell you by email before it applies.

9. Law that applies

Spanish law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
