Dance-pop is the widest-spanning hub on the site by decade — the catalog runs 70s through 2010s with real weight in the 90s and 2010s specifically, and it mixes two different kinds of content on purpose: chart pop and continuous party mixes. Britney Spears carries the deepest single-artist catalog, and Ed Sheeran's "Perfect," "Shape of You," and "Thinking Out Loud" sit a few rows from Carlos Alcaraz DJ's genre-spanning party sets ("Music 7080´s Set," "Mix 90´s Party ! Set"). That combination is deliberate: dance-pop, more than most genres here, is a functional category — music people put on for a party, a workout, a long drive — and the mixes serve that use case directly instead of making you build a playlist from individual clips. C+C Music Factory's "Here We Go Let's Rock & Roll" sits at the genre's classic, dancefloor-literal end; Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie" and "Without Me" are here for the unmistakable dance-pop production even though the genre most people'd reach for first is hip-hop. If you want a single track, the pop hits are easy to find. If you want ninety uninterrupted minutes, start with one of the mixes.
