Binh | Boiler Room Festival Barcelona 2021

Binh played the techno room at Boiler Room Festival Barcelona on 27 November 2021, sharing room one that night with TC80, Z@p, Evan Baggs and Maayan Nidam. The Saturday programme of Boiler Room Festival Barcelona on 27 November 2021 was the closing night of the last of three Boiler Room Festivals staged that year. Resident Advisor reported that Boiler Room Festival returned in 2021 as a hybrid of livestreamed and in person events across New York, London and Barcelona, with the Barcelona dates of 26 and 27 November held at Nitsa Club. Nitsa, the club that hosted Boiler Room Festival Barcelona in November 2021, is housed within the Sala Apolo venue. Binh spent his youth going out to clubs in Düsseldorf before he relocated to Berlin, according to a 2017 Crack Magazine profile. Binh's debut booking at Club der Visionaere in Berlin came in April 2008 and ran for ten hours. The Noon parties that Binh ran with Margaret Dygas at Club der Visionaere were what first brought him wider attention, as Crack Magazine tells it. Binh's album Noah's Day came out on Perlon in October 2016 under the catalogue number PERLON111. Boiler Room's own session page for the 2021 Barcelona Saturday lists a recording of Binh's set from that night, tagged house and techno.
