Underworld | Boiler Room: London

Underworld formed in Cardiff in 1987, and Karl Hyde and Rick Smith have been its members since then. Darren Emerson was part of Underworld from 1990 to 2000. Karl Hyde and Rick Smith of Underworld moved to Romford, Greater London, in 1992. Dubnobasswithmyheadman, the third Underworld album, came out in 1994. Underworld acted as music directors for the London 2012 Summer Olympics opening ceremony, writing 11 tracks of the 36 on its Isles of Wonder soundtrack. The Underworld discography lists Strawberry Hotel as a 2024 studio album. Boiler Room was founded in London in March 2010 by Blaise Bellville and Thristian Richards and streams club events from cities around the world.
