Nina Yamada | Mixmag Lab London

The Nina Yamada set titled Mixmag Lab London was published on 4 August 2026. On a Lab LDN page, Mixmag described the series as a weekly live stream it runs with Coors Light. Nina Yamada grew up in Kamakura in Japan and now works as a DJ from a base in London. Nina Yamada set up Jazzy Sport London in 2022 as the UK outpost of Jazzy Sport, a Japanese independent label and record shop that goes back to 2002. Worldwide FM names deep house as the core of Nina Yamada's DJing, with regular detours into Afrobeat, jazz, Latin and reggae. The Pool's roster page lists Panorama Bar at Berghain and Wonderfruit among Nina Yamada's bookings, along with an opening slot before Theo Parrish at the We Out Here festival. On 13 February 2026 Nina Yamada presented a two hour programme on Worldwide FM as part of a Far Corners takeover. In a Mr Bongo Favourite Finds feature from 13 March 2026, Nina Yamada chose the first record she owned, a gift from her father when she was four.
