Shimza | Boiler Room x Ballantine's True Music 10: Johannesburg

Shimza recorded this set on the Allstars stage when Boiler Room and Ballantine's brought True Music 10 to Johannesburg. Boiler Room dates the Johannesburg show to 11 May 2024, running from 7pm until 2am. The Johannesburg date was one of ten shows staged around the world to mark ten years of True Music, a series running since 2014. Boiler Room set aside the Allstars stage for returning True Music artists, while Forward carried new headliners and Spotlight featured South African acts. Hunger placed the Johannesburg show at 1FOX and named Shimza among the acts on the Allstars stage. Masters At Work and Dlala Thukzin were among the other artists whose Johannesburg sets Boiler Room recorded that night. Boiler Room tags the Shimza recording from the Johannesburg show as Afro House and Afro-tech.
