Awakenings ADE 2021 - Tale Of Us

Tale Of Us played the Awakenings x Afterlife night at the Gashouder in Amsterdam on Friday 15 October 2021, during Amsterdam Dance Event. The 2021 Awakenings x Afterlife bill at the Gashouder named Kevin De Vries, Fideles, KAS:ST, Anii and Stephan Jolk alongside Tale Of Us. EDMTunes, reporting the Awakenings ADE 2021 lineup in June 2021, presented Tale Of Us as the label bosses behind the Afterlife night. Tale Of Us is the duo of Carmine Conte and Matteo Milleri, who first crossed paths as sound engineering students at the SAE Institute in Milan in 2008. Tale Of Us launched Afterlife in 2016, first as a party series at Space in Ibiza and then as a record label carrying the same name. In 2017 Tale Of Us put out Endless, their debut album, through Deutsche Grammophon. Awakenings has held its Amsterdam Dance Event parties in the Gashouder since 2012, the Westergasfabriek building in Westerpark where Awakenings began. Awakenings first brought Tale Of Us and their Afterlife night to the Gashouder at Amsterdam Dance Event 2019. Festivalinfo describes the Gashouder night of 15 October 2021 as a return of the Awakenings and Afterlife collaboration during ADE.
