Sub Focus @ The Village Stage - FULL SET [HD] - Shambhala Live 2016

Sub Focus is the stage name of Nicolaas Douwe Douwma, an English DJ and producer from Guildford, Surrey. Shambhala Music Festival was founded in 1998 by Jimmy Bundschuh on the Salmo River Ranch, a farm close to Nelson in the West Kootenay mountains of British Columbia. The Shambhala Music Festival description places the Sub Focus performance at The Village Stage on Saturday 6 August 2016 and says it was the first time Sub Focus played Shambhala. Kootenay Mountain Culture reported in October 2016 that the Sub Focus Village Stage set was the first full set video from Shambhala Films, made with Sweetgrass Productions. The Shambhala Music Festival upload names Nick Waggoner of Sweetgrass Productions as director of the Sub Focus film. Dance Music Northwest wrote that the Sub Focus Shambhala set drew several tracks from Torus, his 2013 album on RAM Records, with Tidal Wave among them. Dance Music Northwest also noted Sub Focus playing Dimension's UK and Wilkinson's Afterglow during the Village set. Dancing Astronaut described the Sub Focus Shambhala recording as a ninety minute set with vocals from MC I.D.
