WADE at MUSIC ON FESTIVAL 2025 • AMSTERDAM

Music On Festival returned to the Meerpark in Amsterdam on 10 and 11 May 2025, running from noon to eleven at night on both days. Wade was on a 2025 lineup led by the festival's founder Marco Carola, booked for both days, with Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82 and Paco Osuna among the other names. Gray Area's guide describes the festival as typically running a main stage for headline acts and a secondary stage for a mix of established and rising artists. Before the Amsterdam festival, Wade had played Music On nights at Pacha Ibiza, with dates in October 2023 and in July and September 2024. Gray Area describes his tech house as carrying a hip-hop sensibility and wavy basslines, and lists collaborations with Solardo, Cloonee and Jay Lumen. In a piece dated 8 May 2025, Electronic Groove covered Báilame, the first joint release between his Criterio Music label and Spinnin' Records. The same article said Wade had been shaping Criterio Music since 2021 by mixing his Andalusian roots with present day club energy. Wade described Báilame there as a blunt invitation to dance and as proof of his long fondness for trumpets.
