Oliver Koletzki DJ set - ReConnect: Organic House | Berlin | ‪@beatport‬ Live

When Beatport launched its Organic House/Downtempo genre in June 2020, Oliver Koletzki of the Stil vor Talent label welcomed it as a way for DJs around the world to reach the music more easily. Beatport followed the launch with a twelve hour ReConnect livestream on Friday 17 July 2020, shown on its homepage and on Twitch. Koletzki was third on the bill, playing the 7 pm CEST slot after sets from Sanni Est and Namito. Beatport billed the event as an international cast broadcasting from Morocco, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany and the United States. Koletzki, born in Braunschweig on 5 October 1974, is a German house DJ and producer who moved to Berlin around 2000. In a 2025 Beatportal profile, Koletzki said Stil vor Talent had been first to release David August, Marlon Hoffstadt, KlangKuenstler and Reinier Zonneveld. His albums The Arc of Tension, Fire in the Jungle and Made of Wood, released in 2017, 2019 and 2021, form a trilogy that moves between organic psychedelia and synthetic dancefloor music. This recording comes from the livestream Beatport staged to celebrate its new Organic House/Downtempo genre, in which each artist on the schedule had a one hour slot.
