SNTS @ Verknipt I Day 1 @ ADE 2019 | BE-AT.TV Rewind

SNTS was booked for the opening day of the Verknipt showcase at Amsterdam Dance Event 2019, which took place on Thursday 17 October at Amsterdam Studios. The Thursday 17 October 2019 Verknipt bill at Amsterdam Studios also featured I Hate Models, Randomer, a hybrid live show from Perc and Ansome, and FJAAK playing back to back with Fadi Mohem. Verknipt spent its sixth ADE season in 2019 spread over three rooms of Amsterdam Studios, a warehouse venue said to operate without sound limits. SNTS is a techno producer who performs masked, keeps his identity hidden and first surfaced in 2012. Amsterdam Dance Event portrays SNTS as a maker of gritty, heads-down techno with a strong attachment to vinyl, whose two record trilogies, Chapters and Scenes, came out on his own SNTS label. In 2016 SNTS announced Losing Sight, the follow up to his debut album The Rustling of the Leaves and the first record on his new Sacred Court imprint for noisier, industrial and EBM leaning material. Verknipt was started by Reza Fathi in 2012 and, according to his Amsterdam Dance Event biography, has concentrated on harder styles of techno since 2019.
