Max Styler was born in San Luis Obispo, California, in 1996 and taught himself production from the age of 16. Max Styler signed with Steve Aoki's Dim Mak Records in early 2014, on his 18th birthday. Max Styler started NU MODA in 2025 as a label and events brand, opening its catalogue with You & Me in October 2025. Max Styler's 2026 touring took in Coachella, Lollapalooza, Rock in Rio and Tomorrowland. Max Styler was listed on the Freedom by Bud stage at Tomorrowland on Friday 17 July 2026, the opening day of weekend one.
