TALE OF US @ Time Warp 2016, Mannheim

Tale Of Us played Time Warp in Mannheim, Germany, in 2016, and Mixmag TV filmed the duo's set at the festival. Time Warp 2016 was held in Mannheim on 2 April 2016, with Tale Of Us on a bill that also named Nina Kraviz, Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin. Steffen Charles founded Time Warp in 1994, and the festival settled in Mannheim the following year, making the city its permanent home. The flagship Time Warp edition is staged each year at the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim. Tale Of Us are the duo of Carmine Conte and Matteo Milleri, who first met as sound engineering students at Milan's SAE Institute in 2008. Tale Of Us relocated to Berlin in 2009, and in 2015 the duo released North Star / Silent Space through R&S Records. Tale Of Us launched Afterlife as both a party series and a record label in 2016, and the Afterlife label began issuing music in July of that year. Mixmag picked the Tale Of Us performance as the set to capture at Time Warp 2016 because the magazine had named the duo its DJs of the year.
