Fumaratto | Boiler Room x Ballantine's True Music Studios: Bogotá

Fumaratto played the Bogotá edition of True Music Studios, run by Boiler Room with Ballantine's, on 8 August 2024. Bitter Babe helped curate the 2024 Bogotá lineup for the Boiler Room and Ballantine's True Music Studios night, which also named Bclip, Sol Tornasol and Brenda b2b Maria Manuela. True Music Studios, announced in November 2021, is a global event series from Ballantine's and Boiler Room centred on diverse lineups, fair pay for artists and inclusive dancefloors. Fumaratto is the stage name of Daniel Mateo Quintero Posada, whom El Tiempo called a leading figure of electronic guaracha in 2021. Canal Trece describes Fumaratto as a Medellín producer and DJ who counts among the pioneers of guaracha and Latin electronic music in Colombia. In 2026 Fumaratto marked ten years of his career with Énfasis, a thirteen track album touching on afro house and tech house, plus a European tour bearing the same name. Boiler Room presented Fumaratto on its 2024 Bogotá True Music Studios bill as a guaracha act with major chart success, tagging his sound as baile funk, guaracha and tribal house.
