DJ Caio Prince | Boiler Room x Ballantine's True Music Studios: São Paulo

DJ Caio Prince was booked for the São Paulo edition of True Music Studios, the Boiler Room and Ballantine's series, on 6 December 2024, with his set tagged as baile funk. At the São Paulo True Music Studios event, DJ Caio Prince was billed on the True Music Fluxo stage with Mu540, MC Luanna, DJ Blakes, Noguera DJ and DJ Lorrany. DJ Caio Prince presented São Paulo Funk: An Introduction, a show that went out on NTS on 7 April 2024. NTS describes DJ Caio Prince as an authority on São Paulo baile funk who plays intimate venues such as Void as well as large raves such as Mamba Negra. According to NTS, DJ Caio Prince pushes funk away from its usual rhythm through blends built on drones, very high sine tones and stacked kick drums. The Couleur Café festival lineup presents Caio Prince as a baile funk act from São Paulo whose track Botano (Utero Baixo) drove his rapid rise. DJ Caio Prince's set was part of True Music Studios: São Paulo, the series' first visit to the city and the edition that closed Ballantine's True Music 10 campaign.
